How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

Prior to registering with the practice, you will be offered a NEW PATIENT HEALTH CHECK. This will normally be with the nurse assistant. Follwing this check you will be fully registered with the service. Only in urgent cases will medication be provided prior to this process.
